Tried to replicate my mom's banana cake pie crumble thing.

Heheh, thanks! Sooo: it's two eggs, two spoons of butter, two cups of oat flour, half a cup of demerara sugar, three bananas, walnuts, and four spoons of cream. Not the lightest thing, but at least I know exactly what's in it and can portion control easily.
