I was asked by one of the many lovely young ladies (Darlene) how I make my curries, I can see no reason why but she did ask so nicely, so let's have a go.
Curry for two
First i chop up two garlic gloves and half an onion and marinate it in vinegar for ten minutes in the microwave.
Then I chop up two breasts of chicken and add the spices and put in the microwave for another ten minutes.
Then I chop up some cherry tomatoes, a pear and satsuma and microwave for ten minutes.
Then I cook the rice or vegetables.
The lovely lady me asked about prawns instead of chicken and on the advice of another wonderful lady I was recommended that I should cook the prawns separately.
I know i am strange person!
Any advice or comments are always welcomed.
I am no David Bailey or Anisley Harriet.

Bunty that is easy I am a simple man and lazy don't want to do too much washing up , just soak the pyrex dish overnight and wash it up in the morning

Wesdes if you have any sense I would not take any notice of me I am lunatic, the reason I have been released is because they have no room in the sanatorium

🤣🤣🤣 My dad is a chef in an Indian restaurant, do you know what the base is for the curries like tikka masala, korma etc? Blended onions. Takes ages to peel and blend them, then they just add the spices for to make whichever dish. That's why we can never make curry like they do. They do it big scale.
