Thanks all. Sitting here snug in my size 14s staring at this picture. I knew I was overweight but it never really clicked just how bad I was. And, now that I've lost the weight, it still hasn't really clicked how much smaller I am now. I'm wearing a rain jacket today that never used to fit me and freezing because it didn't occur to me that there's room to wear a jumper under it now lol! Clearly I need to adjust my mind set now

Thanks everyone! Don't be fooled Chestnut, my nails are natural, not painted or fake, and usually dirty because of my job. The changing rooms in Matalan just have crazy bright lights lol!
