Well, my diet is going well. I might actually be eating too few calories. Less than 1000 calories. I am keeping net carbs low which is a challenge. I'm not exercising. I have joined the healthy Wage to lose 100 lbs in twelve months. I am thinking of joining one of the exercise challenges to get me more motivated. I work a double shift tomorrow though and that always makes me tired.

You’re doing really well friend ☺️ I would definitely up your calories though. Especially to help power you through those long hospital shifts. I found my fun exercise is stairclimber with 🎶 🎵🤗 on my long shifts, I don’t do it, but try to do it 3-5 x’s a week. 💜💚
