Babe, Sometimes it’s good to cry and let it all out. Do what helps you get through it. Or you could dress up and do your hair, full makeup that normally passes my time and distract me. 💞💞

Hi Love It can be very difficult wo cope when your emotions start taking control. I know cos I was binge eating in Nov/Dec when my hubby was in hospital following an emergency operation and then at home recovering. We didn't expect him to survive. All I can suggest is finding some way of letting out the tears and not to worry when that happens. Do you have nay good friends or family you can turn to for a shoulder? In my case I had to try not to show it to G as he was so ill and then worrying about our business and I had to keep that going as well. If you do 'slip' and have something you think you shouldn't then don't beat yourself up over it. Just say that was just a momentary 'blip' and you CAN back on track again afterwards. Remember there are those of us in FS who are here to listen and try to help. Big hugs Chris

Annmarie. This isnt going to help during the day but I have started making a thermos of tea to have by my bedside as I dont sleep well and find I get up to make a drink.... that leads to having a 'snack' (which has often been a handful of biscuits) so if I don't have to go to the kitchen I don't get THAT temptation. It's clear there are lots of emotional hugs on here for you. Dieting can put a strain on us all - that's why I have always been crap at sticking to it - but with encouragement you CAN do it. Keep talking to us but don't bottle up those tears. I am a big softie and love a good cry. I only have to see an abandoned puppy on TV and out comes the Kleenex, but afterwards I feel good as I've released the emotion. Easy for others to say to you, but keep your chin up - that way you can see the beauty in the world around us and see the smiles you get from other people. xx

Have a cry, you are human! I make sure I have no temptation in the house, delete all take away apps, plan the next day, and clear my head with some 'headspace'. Also it's important to treat yourself to somthing e.g nails, hair, meeting friends, new top... Diet is a key for feeling good about yourself but don't forget the things that also make you feel good 😁💪 keep it up!
