had a terrible day lol i ate over 5000 calories yesterday lots of alcohol and chips but I am not regretting it. yesterday is yesterday today is a new day

I think I did 3 thousand cals several days over the break. I dare not even start to estimate Christmas day? probs over 5 thousand tbh.... . back to business its a new day :)

That is very honest of you! It is surprisingly easy to eat/drink that many calories. But we must move forward and re-adjust downwards and hopefully get rid off the excess before it becomes permanent.

That is very brave of you! I find myself constantly regretting and just too afraid to count the calories when I know I have over eaten... I am sure you will get on track very soon and have a brilliant 2020!
