anyone else find lack of sleep makes you so hungry? I want to start fasting but I've bee up since 4am I wouldn't last till 12. I'm hoping sleep tonight and try for 10 am till 6pm window for food

Yes!! lack of sleep is really bad. I have made a night shit from 12 am to 9 am for 10 months and I put 10 kg on. I think a consistent habits in your schedule helps a lot with the diet.

I’m a terrible sleeper. Tried everything. It’s a well documented fact that a bad sleeping routine makes you gain weight. Avoid cat napping, not saying that you do that.
