It helps if you log your food so you know what your deficit is.

LZenn Thanks for your advice, I think I might try to cut down my bread intake. Looking forward to your 100th birthday celebrations.

If you find it hard to give up try and reduce it and see how you get on I'm sure you will find that willpower 🙂❤️

Chestnut63– I will look that up. I love seeing where everyone is from. Knowing whether someone is from a big city or a small “village” makes a difference in access to foods and activities like big box organic stores or big gym conglomerates. It helps to know and understand the environment people are in before we criticize. I have been guilty of that.

Kenna Worthing is seaside town on the South coast of England population roughly 120,000 but growing rather like my girth! Not as nice as sunny California where all you stars hang out.

Y wonderful success stories here. It doesn’t have to be a balls to the wall overnight change, just develop a plan and work toward it consistently every day. Time passes no matter what you are doing— just keep working toward developing better long term habits. I will follow your progress..

lZenn— ironic you should mention chocolate stout— I have a recipe that calls for it. I have never heard of it, but then I don’t drink but was just thinking this morning that I needed to go on a hunt to find it. Regular grocery store or specialty shop?

LZenn if you enjoy a tiple I believe Guinness/Stout is good for you full of protein and iron. Do you buy Smith's Organic Stout from a Pub/Shop or make it yourself? If people out there on the FSF family have any recipes or suggestions for alternatives to Stella happy to hear.

I buy it in bottles at a regular grocery store. Any liquor store should have it, too - at least in the US. Now that we're talking about it, I'm thirsty for one and all I have is Guinness! LOL
