I'M making myself walk for at least 20 min in am. no matter how I feel . Mornings really hurt but walking losens the body up and makes me feel better all day. Fibro and asthma issues flare this time of year. Also trying to keep moving after work either doing chores areound the house or exercising. Love my dance/exercise dvd but haven't gotten very far through it due to breathing probs and doings some yoga stretches. New meds are starting to kick in for that so should be able to get further. Cleaned the frig tonite as had the grandkids over the weekend that will help me make good choices. They need lots more calories than I do!
