Huzzah!! A GREEN line.
Pleased with that.
Butchered my remaining three sheep kn Tuesday. This is a couple of chump chops from the smallest one. Fat or what?! Lovely, lots of mutton fat to render there and crispy scratchings after. Amazing, and all from grass.

Yes, very fresh, killed Saturday, hung a few days in cool ambient air. I was eating it as it was being cut, very tasty.
