Not a proper weigh in really, have an infection and everything is skewed. Thought I would note it for the record.
My ring is getting loose again, only one finger left now it can go on. I have a bit of time yet though.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
