because I've upped my exercise it says to up calorie I havent been hungry so having between 1300 and 1400 is that enough or should I space out meals and eat smaller more often and up them slightly? I have no idea what to be having the app says 2300 to lose Weight

Calculate your BMR. Loads of calculators online. Make sure you don’t go below this. And remember if you are doing more exercise your body will need more fuel.

Recommended daily calorie intake: 1786 - 2297 kcal To lose 1-2lbs a week stick to the lower end of the range That's what it says so should I be having 1786 minimum? I'm worried I'm not eating enough I actually feel fatter in the last 2 weeks when eaten less and worked out

Maybe need to look at what you are actually eating. Not all calories are the same. Also how much you’re drinking - are you filling yourself up on liquid... lots to consider

I was trying to stick to 3 balanced meals and cut donut drinks and snacks that's why was 1300 but can put snacks back in maybe to increase it closer to 1700

Good idea. If you eat to few calories your body keeps hold of everything as it doesn’t know when it’s going to get “fed” again.

yeha I feel great after bit belly so bloated. I did a salt flush not sure who suggested it and seems to have helped belly finally soft and much flatter

best eating style for health and fitness is to only eat when you're truly hungry, the problem is most people do not know what true hunger is!

Main thing is to eat don't miss your break dinner and tea keep to the 1400 cal for a woman and 1900 cal for a man and in 16 weeks of good eating and exercise 45 minutes 3 times a week you see all your hard work.
