I bought the nom nom recipe book off ebay but not got round to trying any yet, to be honest I cant say I'm particularly interested in trying any of them! I'm happy to eat more or less the same thing everyday it doesn't bother me. A cup of coffee first thing when I get up with one teaspoon of sugar and skimmed milk, 2 egg and cheese omelette in the morning well I say morning around 1 p.m. , an apple later on in the day and then because I work an evening / night shift I have my tea around 8:30 p.m. and for the last 3 days I've just had 200g of pre cooked sliced chicken two large salad tomatoes and a couple tablespoons of Mayo, today I'm going to have a change and I'm going to have half a tin of corned beef and loads of onions ! and I'm generally under the 800 at that!
