Ken Eldridge's Journal, 04 Aug 19

Well into 3rd week of Keto diet. Todays lunch, 2 large fried eggs with 4 rashers of smoked back bacon with a mug of white coffee.
672 calories, zero net carbs.
I have totally cut bread based products out of my diet and to be honest i don't get bloated now.

Thanks Tracey, it is hard at times. To be honest, I'm missing a slice of toast more than anything.
