First week of my holiday so no weigh in. I have averaged about 2200 cals per day but been quite active working the locks so burning about 2300 to 2400 . Couple of meals out and a few drinks. I am going to cut it back for this week with 5 more weeks I don't want to get home and have put loads back on ☺
