A little achievement I was very proud of. Just about to break and grab some crisps from the vending machine, rummaging through my bag for my purse and found an apple.I then ate the apple and had no crisps!! That's not one crisp since Saturday and we're now on Thursday - trust me this is big. Friday and Saturday's are "off" days though so can have them happily with my wine tommorrow night :)
