Post workout lunch! Session was not the best but still have to feed it the good stuff and make up for it next time. I feel like ive saved a bit of change buying dried black beans instead of ready cooked. Been having 100g a day for a week with some to spare

Nah, if you buy the tinned ones you gotta rinse them well. All those bubbles from washing them are fart energy!
