I cant stay motivated:(

If you eat food that you don’t enjoy that may happen I don’t eat anything I won’t be eating after I reach my goal weight and if it’s exercise that’s the problem I’m sorry but we will yo-yo without it Good luck 👍👍👍

I don’t have weekends or any other time off but I do make plans and get on it straight after and always will otherwise I will be back where I started from

Annmarie just keep eating healthy food and with weight loss you will gain all the motivation that you need

I am exactly the same lately, is there something subconsciously, on your mind apart from weight. That was my problem, so I fixed it and now I'm seeing my weight go down. Stress can = weight gain. Keep thinking positively, you can do this. Take care and good luck 🍀
