Hi All

Day 5 ...... Can't keep off them bathroom scales you know (its like an illness), another little drop though 1.5 lb (0.68 kg) to be precise but I still think its water that I'm losing. I noticed that My wedding ring is a little loser today, Which is a good thing ...... MM x
