Hi Folks

Day 3 ...... Yesterday I made umpteen trips to the loo and this morning I woke feeling fantastic and motivated, so I weighed myself again (like you do) cos the bathroom scales asked me too!!! ...... And guess what a 4 lb (1.81 kg) loss ...... Must have had a lot of water retention going on, but I'm happy about that ...... I think this fasting for 16 hrs and sticking to a Calorie counted Diet of 1200-1400 of what you really like to eat in an 8 hr window suits me fine ...... this maybe a fluke but for now I'll have a big grin on my face ...... yesterday I read that another FS member is doing a CICO diet which is very similar without the fasting ...... BFN MM x
