Hi Peeps

Day 7 ...... Diet doing very well so far another 1/2 lb off, I truly think that my water loss period has settled down now and hopefully I can start to lose my excess fat that seems to have accumulated this last 6 months around my middle and my boobs (believe me it's not a pretty sight)I look a lot better with my clothes on!!!! ...... Getting out my weighted hula hoop from the shed today and also I purchased one of those bars with stretchy ropes attached cos I need to get cracking on my exercise regime ...... TTFN MM x
