15 St was an amazing benchmark yet I feel fat as fuck today never bothered me when I was 17.5 and even my heaviest of 19 weird init feel really low today so starting on my father's day cake early weekend off the counter won't hurt that much I hope even tho comfort eating is so Not the thing to do

Once upon a time(when I was slim), I felt and thought I was fat. Now, I know it lol. Three stone lost and there are days when I feel as fat as before but the scales tell me differently. Weight loss isn't just about the scales; it's how you feel. I know my brain hasn't made the adjustment that the scales have yet but that's okay because it makes sure that I don't become complacent lol. As Holly said, be kind to yourself :)

Thank u everyone I feel a bit better today don't know what's come over me but being on here with u all really helps Used to avoid apps on my phone like the plague thinking there a waist of time but this one certainly isn't 👍
