Maria Richards's Journal, 29 May 18

I have been really strict for the last 7 days and will weigh in tomorrow morning before setting off for the airport. We are going to Croatia for a week. I will endeavour to eat sensibly, but won't stress about dieting.

When I get back home my plan is to do the 5:2 diet again as that has worked for me in the past.
