Overate, I think, at the beginning of the week. Lesson learned! Got some yoga done this week to compensate and my body responded very well. Decided on a new routine, day 1, lift, day 2, yoga, day three, rest. Repeat. I need more rest than I'd realised.

Ha! Down in weight and it's only six days yet. I'm out singing again tonight o I'll probably have a CN when I get in.

Eating salmon, which I now remember is fed with pellets, ie, not a natural food source. I hope I don't bloat from this. Got a box of oily Cornish fish which they top up with Scottish (ie farmed salmon). Still, there's not much of it, only a couple of days worth. The rest of the fish ought to be totes ok :-)

I didn't get back to where I was this time last week but I did get faster at losing water. Out tonight singing so I may do a small CN when I get back in, a rice-based one, and see if the next week gets me back to where I am now or lower. If that happens, well... rinse, repeat, which is where I'm aiming :-)
