Last night did a small CN last thing, woke up today much lighter. How come? I'm guessing because in the week I ate salmon, first time in years. I bought a side from the market and ate it. They feed those things on pellets to fatten them up. I imagine that had the same effect on me :-( Dearie me :-)

Switched thyroid meds from T4/T3 combo to all T4 so I can get a base line for sorting my thyroid out properly soon, get a test done, measure free and reverse T3 etc. I've never bothered to do this before but in these days of Covid it seems a good idea. I really hope this is what's caused this because I just haven't eaten anything like what would be needed for this to happen :-( I upped my BP meds and that's now better than it has been in decades so that's an unexpected plus.

Ate chicken livers with bacon fried in coconut oil. Meat juices and oil got mixed and I drained the lot, several times. Too many calories, I'm thinking. Back on pork chops and chicken portions now, few side mushrooms. Got more of both in the freezers, some quality bacon, steaks, dozen eggs, and a boned lamb leg to deal with next so they should all be ok :-)
