Really need to say massive thanks to all of you whi consistently support me in my journey. This is an amazing community we have here and I wish you ALL the very best wishes on your own journey.
However, please remember that this journey has lots of ups and downs in it. we all have bad days, but if you stick with it, you will prevail and achieve your goals. And just remember that he ha e an enormous support network, one which I am proud to be part of. Good luck everyone.

Well, today I decided to change my goal weight from 80kg to 85kg. This is because smaller goals are easier to achieve and give you a renewed purpose once you reach it. Smaller steps Also means reaching them becomes easier, and when you put on weight, the feelings of shame and despair are far reduced. For me, its about achieving your overall goals (I still want to be 80kg, or less) but to reach this in smaller steps will, I’m sure keep me on track better and invigorate feelings of achievement. Still on the KETO diet, which is difficult sometimes but hey, I’m in this for the long run. Better health, no longer breathless when i walk, better sleep and more than this, i have reduced the risk of developing diabetes. I was advised by my GP that i was at risk last year. Now I’m losing the excess baggage i feel like a new me.
