I now avoid all mirrors I look and see how far I have gone but I look back and think before begun to fall apart in the last six months of lock down I gave drinking 154 days took to walking the whole of the local course walking up to 10 miles a day , lost three stones got many compliments I must get back to that and I will best wishes everyone ❤

It is not surprising my weight is increasing because I seem to being nowadays is sitting on the couch watching 70's TV petty Misty. I look out of the window and just see rain drops falling🌧 and watching TV is not good all bad news. I will listen to Pink Floyd not good.

Just a quick question in these times of enormous stress are other members on FS family struggling to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am struggling and are doing everything wrong. Looking forward to spring with better weather so that I go for long walks along the seafront to take my mind of things, hopefully with some good company🙂

Saturday morning trip to the supermarket 🚶♂️🚶♂️🚶♂️to buy something that totally reflects what I am totally bananas🍌🍌🍌. After yesterday high winds it is pleasantly sunny in "Sunny Worthing!" My walk 🚶♂️🚶♂️🚶♂️to the main supermarket just over 2 miles was most pleasant and my mind was thinking about all the beautiful people on FS thank you for those thoughts
