Today as well as mother's day is my birthday. Been trying to be good all week so I can enjoy the food today. We shall see what the scales say tomorrow 🤞 . I hope all the mother's and soon be mother's everyone had a lovely mother's day 💕 x

Proud of myself, even though I feel unwell I have not snacked all day as tempting as it is to eat a choclate cake or a bounty bar that are undeath my bed. My habits on eating have improved but not my habits of buy delicious food from the shop which is only 5 minute walk from where I live.

I have been doing some exercise this week and doing a 10 min walk most days. I realised I have been cuting down on coke to one bottle or can a week instead on everyday. I realise I'm still eating a lot of cakes, puddings and sweet treats but learning to say no. Unfortunately bad habits take time to stop.😓
