Resisted the eruged to eat tacos two days in a row also had a hot chocolate without marshmallows and cream at a café. 😊

Made spaghetti carbonara, I know its not the healthiest thing to eat but it's what I had at hand. I'm on holiday which is self catered. I'm with my parents, and this was the frist time I cooked. I found out the hard way we didn't have the basic ingredients such as salt, pepper or garlic. 😅 So, for a subbitue for sault and garlic I used some garlic sauaged that I found in the fridge sadly no substitute the pepper but oh well. I did have pasta shapes, extra strength cheese, egg & bacon and a blunt knife. 🤣 It wasn't delicious but it was okay.

Frist day on holiday and nearly ended up with fish and chips for dinner at the chippy, thank goodness it was closed. I'm on holiday with my parents and it is my dad who wants unhealthy food and cooks everything in oil. The good news is that for the frist time I did want the chips, normally I feel like I'm missing out on the food and feel a bit upset if I have to go without but I didn't this time I was quite happy eating something more healthy.

Last weigh in until I come back from holiday in Devon. This week I have been in bed due to a mirgrain, so haven't exercised at all. I'm hoping I feel better today and for the next week.

It's not the best outcome but at least it is down. I am a bit worried for next week as I am going on holiday. I wish it was down a little bit more for the holiday 😕.
