242km 🚴♀️🚴♀️🚴♀️in 11 days. Considering that a month ago I was sat on the sofa all day snacking on everything, I'm not doing too bad. Clothes are looser, the bruises have almost disappeared and I'm not out of breath after every 12km trip. 💪 Carry on cycling! A colleague brought me a set of dumbbells as well, I'll have to start using them, now that someone else has gone out of their way to provide to aid my weight loss.

176 km done, another 22km to go and then finally a day of rest! I am actually beginning to enjoy my ride now, mostly because I can now fit through the narrow cycle gates in the park alongside my bike instead of rolling it in front of me😂🚴♀️
