Still another pound and a half up from my pre Easter weight. That will teach me to go on a chocolate, cake and biscuit binge. I won't make my holiday goal of 145 pounds now. So i will just after settle for getting to under 150 pounds 😣

Don't think i can blame it on water weight, because if i am honest i have eaten crap all week! Back to it today before i completely blow all my good work! 😠

Well i have been on a chocolate binge, thank goodness Easter is almost over!

Well just a slight gain as i have not been able to do my long walks. Hopefully things will start to improve this week 😀

Afternoon buddies!
I am hoping things are beginning to get better, Mishka has had two 5 minute walks this morning and is putting some weight on her leg. I feel less stressed today and Mishka seems a bit more relaxed too.
My weight was still the same this morning 150.4 pounds, which is just great as i haven't been this low for about 30 years. I have now lowered my goal weight to 138, which is only 12 more pounds to go! I may go a few pounds under that, but my next short term goal is to try to get to 145 pounds before our holiday in May. I am so glad we decided not to cancel as we definitely need one this year!
Onwards and downwards we go!
