Afternoon buddies!

I am hoping things are beginning to get better, Mishka has had two 5 minute walks this morning and is putting some weight on her leg. I feel less stressed today and Mishka seems a bit more relaxed too.

My weight was still the same this morning 150.4 pounds, which is just great as i haven't been this low for about 30 years. I have now lowered my goal weight to 138, which is only 12 more pounds to go! I may go a few pounds under that, but my next short term goal is to try to get to 145 pounds before our holiday in May. I am so glad we decided not to cancel as we definitely need one this year!

Onwards and downwards we go!
