You know, I wasn't sure if I was gonna post this here, but hell, why not? Maybe it'll motivate someone. This is my #10yearchallenge.

It's been a long road but I'm on my way to the body I was meant to have. These pictures are about a hundred pounds different, but most of the major work really happened in the last 14 months where I radically altered my lifestyle and dropped about 50ish pounds.

It didn't hit me until right now, but think about it. Those five-gallon jugs of water for a water cooler? Those weigh about 42 pounds. So over the course of a little over a year, I lost more than one of those five-gallon water jugs. I'm not saying that to brag, I'm saying that because I want you to imagine losing one of those from your own body! Or a couple one-gallon jugs if you don't need to lose that much.

YOU CAN DO IT. IT IS POSSIBLE!

None of us are meant to live hating ourselves. I know what it's like to dread seeing a mirror. To have trouble with simple tasks like sitting in an airplane seat. To feel like you're being stared at wherever you go.

You can get fit, too. You CAN have the body you were meant to have. It is POSSIBLE. 2009 me didn't believe it, but now I know better. His mind would be blown if he saw what he looked like now, and both our minds will be blown when we see the new 2024 model in five years.

It won't be easy, cheap, or quick. There will be pain. I spent my time in the gym. I spent money on training and healthy food. But if you are willing to invest and are consistent, the rewards will be so much greater than what you put in.

Health is an INVESTMENT in yourself on behalf of yourself and all those who love you. It is not a COST. You can become a better version of you. If you work hard, and you hold on until you see results—and you will see results, especially if you're new to this whole thing—then you will gain inertia to carry you to your healthier self.

PS: I'm smiling. You guys happy now?

PPS: Last time I posted a side-by-side people kept telling me to smile, haha.
