Good morning all you beautiful people. so 2020 is finally gone...2021 well, we will have to see what you hold in for us all. One thing I know is that we will have to hold into God, seek His face and stay focused. the entire world is upside down. None the less, I enter 2021 with hope. Yesterday I started setting up a healthy balanced meal plan for my family. when I say healthy meal plan I mean the old style if eating...like my granny use to do. it's not a diet, but a healthy way, all good groups, great combinations of vegetables. as I have a family I am hoping this will not only be beneficial to me but my entire family. For the first time in many years I will be eating 6 meals a day, breakfast, snak, lunch, snak, dinner. cut out rice, potatoes, pasta, sugars, gassy cooldrink, pastries. have my first week menu worked out whoop whoop. wil go to town today to get all ingrediants for the coming week. My workout program has been set up. Now all I need to go is get into my sleep pattern. currently I am battling to sleep hence all the crap over Christmas. None the less, come Monday I am taking the bull By the horns. Nakina70, been thinking if you so much, pray you are holding up Ok. I'll do my weigh in On Monday morning along with measurements. Will only weigh in and measure in every 2 weeks. I feel excited to start again. can't wait!
