Good Morning All!!! Starting off with 2 eggs scrambled with chicken breast pieces and mozzarella to get a jump on my daily protein. Started back at the gym yesterday after being out for 5 weeks due to contracting shingles and not wanting to pass to anyone there. Did gain a few pounds though! Does anyone else use a different food tracker and use this site for support??? Which BTW is phenomenal! Thank you all for your support!

What’s left of breakfast. Scrambled eggs with Purdue short cuts chicken and mozzarella cheese mixed in. 35 grams protein before hitting the gym. Upper body day. And of course…. Cardio.

Happy Sunday Everybody!!! Today is a twist on yesterday’s breakfast. 2 eggs, mozzarella and chicken instead of turkey sausage. No tortilla today! What are you starting your day with???
