Day 4.... Down 2 pounds but know I can do better. Way better. Still have issues with nighttime snacking and poor choices. Last night I went to bed at 8PM or 2 hours after dinner. Will start to introduce walking today. We all have got this!

Morning all!
Another group that I follow has designated the month of May for honesty and getting real about our journey which is what motivated me to come back to the group. You see, I have neither tracked my food intake nor been in a gym for about 6 weeks. I will offer no excuses for the choice I made and I guess that in and of itself could be considered progress. So I made a pledge to myself that I would be honest about what I'm eating and yesterday was not a good day. Again I found myself snacking beyond reasonable bounds and ingested sufficient calories to maintain my present weight. But my goal is to LOSE. To those supporting me from afar.... I'll do better. I promise. Have a great day!!

I like to say that once granted the blessing of waking up each morning that the rest is up to me. I'm also a firm believer in expressing gratitude, both for God and those closest to me. But the execution part is tough.... stresses and temptations that derail many of us on a daily basis. But I'm speaking to those of you who have things under control, I'd appreciate any guidance you might share while I get my feet back under me. Thanks..... and have a GREAT day!

So thankful to have woken up this morning and given another chance at life. Recent challenges have pulled me away from the group resulting in a 15 pound setback from my last contact with many of you. Appreciative of your support but could really use a few of you to help keep me accountable until I get my mojo back. Thanks.... And have a great Sunday!
