So am down a bit on weight though didn't check a weight before stopping alcohol and working on getting back on track. I was around 170 and am down under 160. A lot of water weight i think.

Am not yet back in habit of tracking but working on it so it has been off and on as exercise is still. The crazy weather fronts messing with arthritis and not pushing through it like i should.

I am trying misfits market deliveries, received a box on Monday and have another coming next week. Debating if it is worth doing yet. They are pretty limited on selection but it may push me back to eating more veggies.

Dinner tonight a red rice bowl with stir fried veggies. Broccoli, bok choy, celery, mushrooms, Onion, water chestnuts and a bit of leftover beef round roast. Rice is cooking so best get some veggies prepped.

I have been MIA, nothing bad just life. Time to re-focus and get back on track.

It's baby steps for the road back to where I was 18 months ago and like many it has been a challenging and very strange year or so.

I still cannot go to the gym because the county is requiring masks to workout. 5 min in a mask and my O2 levels drop to dangerous levels. I only go to places that don't harass you for following the exception rules for the mask mandates. I do not like confrontation. It will be a huge relief to me when the mandates here are gone. Very tired of it all and our freedoms being violated.

Trying to get back into an exercise routine @ home and tracking food. My kitchen is again stocked with healthy veggies, fruits, grains and legumes. We are still working from home and I really would not mind primarily continuing that.

I have cut out alcohol for the last 25 days as I was using it as a crutch to decrease stress. Am sleeping better and feeling better.
