I had a cauliflower this week, steamed it, ate it, made a nice change :-) Had some large mushrooms too, four for a quid in Tesco, useful for taking the edge off your appetite I'm finding. I'm going to have eggs today as I have duck eggs sitting around and I don't like to waste them. I may have a week on bacon too as I have lots in the fridge and it needs to be eaten before too long. I'm taking cluster dextrin (all carbs) for energy and working out a little. I'm doing barbell complexes. It's taken a while to work out one I can live with but I've got one I can do now, safe and quite tough. I'll give that a go regularly, I think it helps for a time till the body gets used to it and learns to conserve energy.

Nekkid on the scales :-) Today I'll be eating normally, I have some beautiful pork coming so I'll be getting stuck into that. Also got a bag or three of peanuts to get rid of, heh-heh... mind you, they're kilo bags. I didn't lose as much as I wanted to yesterday, ate too many hot spuds I think, maybe leave that for the evening meal. I'm still feeling withdrawal symptoms rather than hunger and I don't know if that's because I had the jab or it's my extra blood pressure meds or a combo of both. That situation will resolve eventually I guess.
