I am a 45 years old with diabetes and high blood pressure that is pretty much under control, but I want it gone! I started working out 10/2016 and I have lost 36 lbs. I am in the gym 6 days a week, with 4 days of lifting and 30 mins of cardio. The other 2 days ABS and 1 hour of cardio. I am also G6PD deficiency so I just started eating the right foods. My goal is to be a Greek God, lolol - need the mid section GONE!
