Hi every one ive only just joined so hoping it will work for me im 30 years old and have been abit over weight for a long time and think its time for me to start loosing some hopefully when i was 18 i had my son but saddly i lost my son when he was 3 years 5 months old and that was 10 years ago now but ever since been putting the weight on and always have comfort ate i went up to a size 20 in trousers and weighed 21st 9 pound but since then i know weigh 14st 9 pound but want to loose more one of the reasons im big chested and i hate them coz they are starting to really hurt my back and i hate my legs and my thighs and my bum so need to loose alot and its starting to put my heath at rist i get shortness of breath and i have C.O.P.D which is bad and also have costochronditis. so fingers crossed this will help me
