I finally have all of my health issues in check and can begin my weight loss program again. I hate that I weigh more now than when I first started trying to lose weight. I am an active Scouter who is overweight. I would like to lose weight and get more fit so I can enjoy some of the high adventures with our troop and also get my health in check after all physically fit is part of the Scout oath and I want to set a good example.
