I am 24 and I live a busy life with an 8 hour work day. It can wear me out at times. I am looking to lose about 100 lbs for health reasons. I have asthma and arthritis in my knees which may be because of my weight. I also just want to be able to pick out clothes and look good in it. Right now I am feeling really ugly in my clothes and in my body which causes me to get a little depressed at times. I am working hard to get to my goal by going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and cooking way healthier. Also I am drinking a lot of water and eating at least 3 meals a day when I only ate once a day before.
