I drive all day. I go to the gym after work and exercise for about 75 to 80 minutes a day,starting out on the tread mill at a 15 degree incline for 25 minutes and then a 5 min cool down,and then go to another exercise for 20 min,focusing on another part of my body,and then back to the dread mill for an additional 25 min at a 15 degree incline and another 5 min cool down.
