Hey everyone,
my name is Arzu and I am a second-year BSc sport and exercise science student at Kingston University.
The reason why this journey of calorie counting here on fatsecret is simple:
3 years ago I drastically decreased the time in participating in any kind of sports. Before that I used to play volleybal twice a week, took part in dance competition and trained for these 4 times a week and have been generally very active. However, as many other students I started to feel that immense pressure of gaining a good qualification and therefore invested more time in my studies than in sports.
Now, 2 months ago I decided to change this as I felt like a complete different person who failed to look after herself and just ate junk food. I have got a personal trainer who trains and supports me through this journey 3 times a week and on top of that I attend boxing classes and bootcamp classes at my local gym.
I feel so energised and complete again, but my goal is to become a PT myself and start a qualifation in sports massage .
I won't post many blog posts but I will send in pictures of my meals whenever I can.
