220kcal.. shake. Made out of something. 220kcal (100g chicken breast +100g brown rice cooked +salad leafs).. same calories, but different quality and different outcome on your weight loss. Buy the way same quantity of protein..

I have to say I was pleasantly surprise with the texture and flavour of this product. I have tried several shakes and this one is the best so far. Low carb high protein, good flavor= winner
