Thu 10/05/12 Today I decided to cut down on fast food. Need to minimise eating outside. Have to cut down on fizzy drink as well.Can't resist chocolate,wonder how I am going to stop eating so much chocolate!! Haven't started exercise until now but will have to add it on my diet plan so that I can shed some weight by 4 weeks time.
