Tues 8th May Today I decided to make a plan to lose weight. My aim is to lose from 70kg to 50 kg,which is around 20 kg. 20kg :20/5 weeks=4 kg per week. or 20/4 weeks=5kg per week. How?? No chocolate,no chapati,no rice,no junk. Starting with soup diet ... Will have to consider regular exercise as well. Started on "7 Day Cabbage Soup Diet Plan" as from today
