That looks really calorific, gorgeous, mouthwatering, extremely yummmmmmm. Sorry, I think it OK to be naughty now and again. No gain no pain x

I think that's the great thing with calorie counting. You can allow for naughtiness sometimes. And I don't think I could work on a diet that didn't allow for a bit here and there.

Good call Ydahal85, I reckon a lot of people fail with dieting by convincing themselves it's nothing but lettuce and carrots. I eat pretty much whatever I want as long as I keep an eye on the calories, and counting calories has never been easier. If you don't treat yourself sometimes it's really going to turn into hard slog. Look at you, you have your naughty days and the weights still dropping of you, but would it be so easy if you couldn't have that cake every now and then?

hahaha @ ahermi. it was jim!! Neil (im Yasmine btw) you're totally right. i really believe the calorie counting diet we're all doing here is the best kind of diet. sod all that cabbage soup diet s**t. You CAN eat whatever with calorie counting, it forces you to portion control and analyse what you're eating. I don't think I could get through dieting without sugar every now and again.
