High carb sacks are my downfall. Need to think about alternatives and cut the booze out in the week if I am going to hit target in 5 weeks.

I can relate to that. Much as hate to say it, cutting out the booze during the week makes a big difference. I sometimes try just having a gin and diet tonic.
