I'm still quite nervous about weighing myself since my holiday as my clothes feel tight, I did no real exercise and ate and drank loads!
Even though I said I was back on it yesterday I still went over my recommended calorie intake for the day (although I did go to my karate class and built up a sweat) - I need to seriously get this eating into check or I'll have no clothes left that fit me!
Arrgggh help I need an angel on my shoulder telling me what to do!
